Far cry 4 realeased 2014 and published by ubisoft, let's how well q6600 and gtx 1050ti run this game.. I played far cry 4 with my old qx9650, 8gb ram and gtx680 4 gb and it was just fine. i think bottleneck in your system is the video card for this game. but it should be playable at the lowest. Far cry 4 is the only game so far that performed this weirdly, but i guess i can't do much about it. i was indeed planning to wait on windows 10 to see if the game runs a little better. from what i understand, directx12 won't change anything because a game needs to be programmed for it..
